2025 3rd Asia Conference on Advances in Electrical and Power Engineering (ACEPE 2026), Organized by Hainan Research Institute of Zhejiang University (浙江大学海南研究院), Hosted by Sanya Global Energy Research Institute will be held during November 20-22, 2026 in Sanya, China.

ACEPE is an annual conference which explores the development and implications in the related fields of Electrical and Power Engineering an objective to present the novel and fundamental advancements. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Electrical and Power Engineering. Featured with invited speeches and paper presentations, ACEPE 2026 sincerely welcome interested researchers and professors to understand the frontier research trends and share latest research results, summarize current work and inspire scientific research ideas, broaden horizons and cultivate scientific research interest.

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original research and technical contributions for presentations and posters in conference. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

AAccepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be included in ACEPE 2026 Conference Proceedings, submitted for Ei and Scopus indexing.

Submission and Review Process

Submissions should be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. All submissions will be subjected to preliminary review and peer-review (double blind).

The preliminary review will take 1-3 working days by the conference committee members, if the submission passed the preliminary review, then it will be sent for peer-reviewed(double blind) by 2-3 Committee Members. The review result comes out within 20-30 days and will be sent to the authors by email along with the review comments. If the paper needs necessary revising (minor or major revisions), the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s). Authors are allowed to submit the revisions within 10 days. If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s), then the revised papers will be accepted by the conference.

ACEPE 2026 do not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
